By accessing or using GHL Video Capture ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

GHL Video Capture provides video recording functionality that integrates with GoHighLevel (GHL) platforms. The Service allows users to:

• Embed video recorders in GHL funnels
• Capture video responses from visitors
• Store videos in Cloudflare R2 storage
• Sync video URLs to GHL contact custom fields

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service
• Collect personal information without consent
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse the Service

5. Video Content and Storage

Ownership: You retain all rights to video content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process and transmit your content solely for providing the Service.

Storage: Videos are stored in your Cloudflare R2 bucket. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining your Cloudflare account
• Storage costs beyond free tier limits
• Compliance with Cloudflare's terms of service

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. You agree to:

• Obtain necessary consents before recording individuals
• Comply with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• Use video data responsibly and ethically

7. Payment Terms

Subscription: The Service is offered on a subscription basis with monthly billing.

Free Trial: New users receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card required.

Billing: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Changes: We may modify pricing with 30 days notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by GHL Video Capture and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including:

• GoHighLevel: Subject to GHL's terms of service
• Cloudflare R2: Subject to Cloudflare's terms of service
• Supabase: Subject to Supabase's terms of service

We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions or changes.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GHL VIDEO CAPTURE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GHL Video Capture from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or Service announcement with reasonable advance notice.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
